- Information booth located at the front gate
- Lost & Found items should be turned in to the Information Booth
- Port a Potties on the north side of Ruby’s
- Kids Area located on the West Side of the Lagoon (near the ocean) – Subject to change
- Entertainment list located at entrance
- NO REFUNDS (at event or online)
- ATM Inside and outside of venue
- Uber & Lyft Pick and Drop off at 119 W. Torrance Blvd (Upper Pier Parking Lot)
